@David - Two questions regarding 150 PMBOK 7 Scenario-Based video. 1) Who developed the questions you are using? (Are they actual PMP questions or developed to be similar?) and 2) Are you giving yourself the estimated 70 seconds to answer the question? I see a clock pop up occasionally and wondered if that signified how much time you should allot to a similar question on the actual exam.

That was cool. I also added an Assignee: column to the backlog tab, and as part of the automatic update to the Kanban cards - the Assignee field also puts the name in for whomever is assigned the task.

Something is wrong in your K4 formula, or there is something that I'm missing. If it's supposed to start at the 1st Monday of the month or previous month, then why is it returning 10 Jan 2022, which is the 2nd Monday of January 2022?

learning as we are reading the PMBOk book , it is great .....Half way through the process I realized there is a trend in the answers , I could be wrong !!! Usually it is the one with specific and details and generally longer option is the ans ? Does anyone else feel this way ?

Aside from the cut at 10:35ish, it was incredibly easy to follow. At that junction, there's really no explanation on what to actually do here, but fortunately I found the answer in the comments. Select K6 (assuming you followed the guide exactly) and then do ctrl+shift+end, and it will automatically select the entire chart, then you can go into the conditional formatting, select the create new rule option, paste the equation there, and then you can format the cell and continue on. Thank you David for such a helpful and insightful video!!

How would you do this, including weekends?

I never comment and I mean NEVER, but I told myself when I passed the PMP, I would absolutely come on here and do so. David you are splendid. I buckled down and used this video as well as his 100 waterfall-based scenario questions and other practice exams, but David's video really helped me understand the concepts and why the answer is the best one. This video goes into detail and honestly David you're the best and your personality makes it even more enjoyable. While taking the test, I re read the questions, looked at keywords and chose the best possible answers. Keep making these, it will help a lot of people, it certainly helped me! I passed my exam today 💫

Hi David, question 44. If we read the question carefully it says the change in feature is requested after extensive User Acceptance Testing. So it means, UAT is done and then the change is requested. So this actually also means this change is required. So I believe the answer should be answer A to check change management plan.

Do not believe it. I am in a boot camp class now and taking notes on the learners kit book and need to understand pm and not memorize, no one I know passed on the 1st try, you have to take a deeper dive, if you have run small projects then think now times 100. I am studying to understand, the questions make you think and they transform the questions to trick you, my job is not rushing us now to get it, no pressure they said. You have to study and use resources outside of the PMI resources, I am in a boot camp now and people I know thought they were ready, well they failed twice, no thanks. Even the instructors say take a deeper dive and don’t memorize, they give us clues and hints

This is great help, thank you for this video! I have a few questions if anyone can help please?: * I've assigned colors to the "assigned to" drop down list. How could I match the end date of a project with the same color selected in the "assigned to" column? * I also need to group rows for some projects/activities. Is there a way to automatically reflect the end dates of sub-activities in the main activity row? * Finally, the data conditional formatting doesn't seem to work for the "today" line, and the color change depending on the progress % on the google excel sheets, does anyone know a way around that? Thanks a mill for your inputs!
